Rick Beavers

Rick Beavers is seasoned in business operations, with a strong technical and project management background. Since 2013, Rick has overseen MediSync’s E&M CodeRight operations. His career includes leadership roles at Garretson Resolution Group and Great American Financial Resources. Rick holds an MBA from Thomas More College, Crestview Hills, Kentucky, and a BS in Information Technology from the University of Cincinnati.

Rick enjoys spending time with family, traveling, golf and playing guitar.

Rick Bernstein

Rick Bernstein’s career, spanning over 30 years in healthcare, has focused on improving the financial and operational performance of medical groups. Rick has worked with healthcare executives on behalf of MediSync since 2003. His resume includes leading a 40-physician medical group, part of a large health system in Maine. Rick holds a Master’s in Health Services Administration, and his undergraduate degree is from Boston University.

Rick resides in Maine and loves hiking Acadia National Park.

Kathy Kraushar

Kathy Kraushar has successfully worked with healthcare system executives aligning their goals and initiatives with MediSync solutions to improve their financial performance and physician satisfaction. Prior to joining MediSync in 2004, Kathy led the physician/business development efforts for Deaconess Hospital in Cincinnati. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Miami University (Ohio) in Marketing.

Kathy enjoys time with her family, friends, outdoor excursions and travel.

Martin Lehenbauer, MD

Martin Lehenbauer, MD, graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his Family Practice residency at Family Physicians Association in Sylvania, Ohio. After 30 years of Family Practice in Mason, Ohio, Marty retired from TriHealth (formerly Health First Physicians) in December of 2014.

Outside of MediSync, Marty enjoys spending time with his family, participating in church activities, and working on recycled wood projects.

"I used E&M CodeRight as a MediSync client for almost 15 years and it became automatic in my thinking when seeing patients. This program decreased the pressure to see more patients, and I am excited to share this method with other physicians."

Patricia S. Miller, MD

Patricia Miller, MD, received her medical degree from Penn State College of Medicine. Specializing in pediatrics, she headed to Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh for her residency and fellowship, where she served as a clinical adjunct professor for University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Miller was in private pediatric practice for 30 years in Florida and Pennsylvania.

Dr. Miller is married to Delvin Miller and has four grown children, three serving proudly in the armed forces. Her interests include yoga, hiking, biking, knitting, and travel.

"I wish I would have received this training when I was in practice. I enjoy educating other providers on proper coding and documentation; they are eager to learn and appreciative of the program."

William A. Romer, MD

William A. Romer, MD, graduated from the Medical College of Ohio School of Medicine. He completed his Family Practice residency at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. He enjoyed private practice as a Family Practitioner for 16 years in Dayton.

Bill is currently a Senior Physician Trainer for MediSync and works at the St. Elizabeth Urgent Care Center in Dayton. He is married with three children and continues to enjoy his hometown of Dayton.

"The most interesting positive feedback I experience is nonverbal. It's when I see the 'lightbulb' go on in the physician's head, and I can tell they are saying to themselves, 'I get it!'"
