As MediSync's President and CEO, Bob Matthews draws upon his extensive experience as Executive Director of three medical groups for over 13 years. During his tenure, the groups expanded physicians three fold, increased payer contracts by more than 45%, and developed and deployed chronic disease management programs that led the nation in outcome results. He helped to greatly enhance medical group financial performance, resulting in increased physician compensation.
Prior to MediSync, Bob had a national healthcare consultation practice with leading medical groups, hospitals and insurance companies, focused upon medical group formation, development, and performance.
Dr. Douglas Romer is board certified in family medicine and has practiced for more than 30 years in Dayton, Ohio. He is MediSync’s Vice President of Clinical Care Improvements and a practicing physician with PriMed Physicians. For PriMed, Doug has served as the Director of Quality and Care Redesign. In this role, he has led multiple initiatives, including improvements in treatment for chronic conditions. Doug completed his Family Medicine residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, after earning his medical degree at St. Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri.
Bob Roettker is a Certified Public Accountant; he has earned his MBA in Finance and Information Systems and his BSBA in Finance and Economics from Xavier University. Bob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has Black Belt training in Six Sigma quality improvement methodologies.
Charlie Hardtke has served as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for MediSync since 2003. With over 20 years of experience in the banking, life and health insurance industries, Charlie has served in a diverse number of roles. Most recently, he established and ran an international outsourcing firm focused on solutions for the insurance industry. Prior to this, he was Vice President of Operations for a life and supplemental health company. Throughout his career, he has successfully set strategic direction, built management and operational infrastructure, and managed day-to-day operations.
Ted Inman's extensive executive experience includes managing partner of a law firm, CEO of a 220-physician multispecialty medical group and CEO of a 50-physician oncology group. He has also served as senior strategist for two large health systems. As CEO of PriMed Physicians, Ted provides key leadership to an independent medical group in Dayton, Ohio.
Brian Gravitt joined MediSync as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2017. He has more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience including 15 years with GE Healthcare in various progressive sales, marketing, and operating leadership roles. Brian earned his MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and his BS from Miami University (Ohio). He is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
Jeff Repper helped create and has led MediSync Clinical Research since its start in 2010. He has more than a decade of clinical research experience. Prior to the creation of MediSync Clinical Research, Jeff held positions in clinical and non-clinical research settings. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Technical and Scientific Communication (BATSC) from Miami University (Ohio).
