Patient Account Representatives

MediSync is looking for bright, energetic applicants with physician billing experience. Candidates must have impeccable organizational skills, excellent investigative and follow-up skills and possess a positive work ethic including dependability and reliability.

Patient Account Representatives (PAR's) are investigators that are responsible for working patient billing accounts and conducting all follow-up with insurance carriers. They are also communicators who work very closely with each physician office to ensure that the proper information is retrieved and submitted to the insurance carrier.

PAR positions are very challenging and rewarding position. It requires someone with great concentration, detail, organization and eagerness to continually learn and be innovative with this ever-changing medical insurance field.

Candidates must have previous experience in Physician Medical Billing and have excellent customer service skills.
