Executive Director

MediSync is an innovative, growing MSO seeking a results oriented Executive Director for two southwest Ohio medical groups; one sixty five physicians (multi-specialty) and the other sixteenphysicians (primary care). Both groups are growing. ED position leads the practice operations teams, is the major interface with physician leadership, and coordinates with back office supportservices like Patient Accounts, accounting and finance. ED is responsible for leading the implementation of strategic and tactical plans, achieving financial and quality results and assisting in thedevelopment of and collaboration with physician leaders. ED serves on a team with CFO and CAO.

Physicians in both groups are aligned and have a very progressive, market driven strategic plan in place with imperatives to drastically improve medical quality, service quality, operationalexcellence and financial performance as compared to national averages. We use six sigma as our quality methodology and candidate will either have or receive Black Belt training.

The candidate we seek is results oriented, has excellent communication skills, strong manager of subordinate managers, builds and maintains the trust of physicians, is a team player, willing toplay out of the box on occasion and likes to aim high. Graduate education is strongly preferred.
